Account FAQs

Below are some common questions about using your account.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can opt to place your order as a guest. Please keep in mind, however, that you won’t be able to review your order details and history on without an account.
How do I create a account?
All you need to create an account is an email address and a password. Head on over to our account creation page and register in a jiff. We’ll send a confirmation email to the address you entered to make sure everything’s squared away.
How do I log in to my account?
Go to and enter your email address and password. After that, you’re off to the races—you can check on the statuses and deadlines of your orders and so on.
Can I log in using my Facebook, Twitter or G+ credentials?
No. We don’t currently use any third-party authentication at

How do I reset my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password or would like to change it for security reasons, visit our password reset page and follow the instructions there.
If I have multiple accounts, how can I tell which one I am using?
After you log in, the email address for the account you’re using is displayed in the upper right corner of the page—right next to the log out link. Only one email address can be associated with an account at any given time.
How do I download my completed transcriptions?
First, log in to your account. Then, you’ll see a page listing all of the orders you’ve placed. If you click on any Order ID, you’ll be taken to that order’s details page. There, you can download completed items.
If you placed the order as a guest rather than using an account, your completed transcriptions will be emailed to you. Visit our account creation page to take advantage of’s full functionality.
How can I view my past orders?
You can view your past orders by navigating to the main ‘My orders’ page. Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see a running table with access to all orders you’ve placed since you created the account.
For how long can I access past orders after they’re complete?
The details of and completed transcriptions from past orders will always be available to you via your account.
Can I edit an order after it has been placed using my account?
No. At this time, you can’t edit an existing order. If you need to make changes to an order, please email our support staff at They’ll help you out ASAP.
How will I know when an order is complete?
Completed transcriptions will be published to your account in real time during business hours, but once the entire order has been published, we’ll send an email letting you know the order is 100 percent complete.
Where can I view my invoices?
You can download invoices on the main orders page and on the individual order details pages.
What are your business hours?’s offices are open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. CST to 5 p.m. CST all year long except for the following holidays:
Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day
Currently, you can make any of these days a deadline for your orders, but the completed work won’t be delivered via email or published to your account until the next business day. Same goes for weekends. We all need our beauty rest, after all!
