How much do you charge?
We have four price points based on turnaround time: Same Business Day - $5.00/minute, 1 business day – $3.00/minute, 2 business days – $2.00/minute, 7 business days – $1.00/minute.
Are volume discounts available?

Do you transcribe music?
No, unfortunately we do not transcribe music at this time.
Do real people transcribe my audio/videos?
All our transcription specialists are US citizens and must pass a series of tests to complete any assigned projects.

Can you handle large projects?
We pride ourselves in handling large, complex projects by breaking them down into smaller tasks. If you have a bulk order of files, contact us at We'll take care of everything.
How accurate are you?
Our transcription specialists must deliver an accuracy rate of greater than 98 percent to retain their qualifications.
How is my project managed?
Once you place your order, we get down to business. Your assigned account manager will be available throughout the duration of the project to answer any questions you might have.
What format are my transcriptions delivered in?
We deliver your transcriptions in Rich Text Format through email.
What file types do you accept?
Do you add timestamps?
We offer one-minute interval timestamps for an additional $.25/minute as an option when you place your order. Timestamps are placed directly within the text at the moment they occur.
Do you transcribe verbatim?
Our standard service ("non-verbatim") transcribes the words in the recording without including laughter, pauses or occasional "ums" and "ers." However, we can transcribe any project verbatim for an additional $.25/minute. This is typically used for insurance and legal transcription needs but can be requested for any project.

Do you guarantee confidentiality/do you sign NDAs?
We are not able to guarantee absolute confidentiality at this time. Our projects are posted to a large pool of transcriptionists. We do take every precaution to keep your transcripts secure, but we cannot guarantee confidentiality. We break out tasks into small sections, letting us track at a detailed level and enforce penalties easily.

What is the turnaround time for a project?
We offer three options: 1 business day, 2 business days and 7 business days. Our business is open Monday through Friday, so all turnaround time is in business days. If your audio is of particularly low quality, the turnaround time might be extended. In this event, we will contact you with an update of the expected time frame.
What quality control measures are implemented into the workflows?
We've implemented numerous quality control features to ensure your complete satisfaction. They include algorithmic scoring, editorial review, gold standards and qualification tests.
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.
Do you offer transcription services in other languages?
We currently only transcribe to and from English.
